Audio Conferencing Features Included in Per-Minute and Premium Personal Conference Room Plans

Our audio conferencing service includes not only the basic features you would expect from any quality conferencing service, but also includes a number of advance features that are typically only available from high-end, high priced services. Our conferencing equipment is state of the art and offers unparalleled audio quality, reliability and security.

Standard features include:

  • Moderator controls include:
  • *0 - Help Message
    *1 - Dial out to add a participant to the conference (additional charges apply)
    *2 - Change conference entry and exit options (name announce, tone, or silence)
    *3 - Enables continuation of conference after moderator exits
    *5 - Lecture Mode (mutes all participants except the moderator)
    *6 - Self-Mute
    *7 - Security (locks conference so no additional participants can join)
    *8 - Play list of participant's names
    #8 - Count of participants
    *9 - Start Recording (additional charges apply)
  • Participant controls include:
  • *0 - Help Message
    *6 - Self-Mute
  • Moderator controls can be accessed from your phone or from a Web based Moderator Console. Learn More.
  • Moderator can dial out during a conference to any number in the US 
  • Daily email with details of previous day's calls
  • The moderator can also control the following options on a call by call basis:
  • - Require participants to record their name when they join the conference
    - Announce participants by their recorded name or a tone when they enter/exit the conference
    - Don’t allow the conference to begin until the moderator has joined
    - Allow the conference to continue after the moderator leaves

Optional features include:

  • Call recording - Lets you record your conference calls for later playback. You can also have the recording transcribed, downloaded to your PC, or have an audio CD sent out to a list of participants for an additional fee. More details.

Additional features that can be enabled upon request:

  • Per–call password protection (additional level of security)
  • Capture of participant identification number
  • Forced or optional billing code entry by Moderator
  • Conference entry with count of participants
  • Quick start - allows conference to begin before the Moderator joins
  • Listen Only mode - upon the start of the conference all lines are muted except the Moderator's
